HireDiary is developed and maintained by TwoDevsStudios, an independent development team.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the HireDiary mobile application.

HireDiary does not require users to create an account and does not directly collect personal information such as name, email address, or phone number.

All job application data you enter (company names, job titles, dates, notes, etc.) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

However, the app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

2. Third-Party Services

HireDiary uses the following third-party services:

Google AdMob

HireDiary displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process information such as device information, advertising ID, approximate location, and interactions with advertisements in order to provide personalized or non-personalized ads.

Google Gemini (AI Features)

HireDiary uses Google Gemini to provide AI-powered features such as scanning job postings with your camera. When using these features, images or text you provide may be sent to Google’s servers for processing. The app does not store AI prompts or responses on its own servers.

3. Data Storage and Deletion

All your job application data is stored locally on your device using an encrypted database. You can delete individual applications at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data.

4. Data Sharing

HireDiary does not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with the third-party services listed above and only as necessary to provide app functionality.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the app. All network communication uses HTTPS encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

HireDiary is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. User Choices

• You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
• You can choose not to use AI features that rely on Google Gemini.
• You can delete all your data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
